"Ms. Grob made me feel completely welcome as soon as I walked through the consulting room door. She listened to my requirements and gave a full explanation of what I should expect before, during and after the operation. She also gave me a realistic view of the result I could expect from the procedure together with the possible negatives.

The swelling and bruising after the operation was uncomfortable but not painful and quite honestly less troublesome than I expected. Looked worse than it felt. The resulting scars were quite red and pronounced to begin with but Ms. Grob assured me that it would lessen in time and now, 6 months later, the scars have settled down and are hardly noticeable.

I am very pleased with the result, my eyes look brighter and I no longer have that permanently tired look.

If, in the future, I decided to have more cosmetic surgery, I would definitely choose Ms. Grob and BMI. The whole experience from start to finish has been very professional.
