Cosmetic Breast Surgery - Breast Reduction

Ideally you should be of normal weight for height, not overweight, when the operation is done. Any woman with large breasts may be a candidate for the operation. If your breasts are so large that they are causing symptoms, then a breast reduction operation may help you.

Cosmetic Breast Surgery - Mastopexy (Breast Lift)

Ideally you should be of normal weight for height, not overweight, when the operation is done. Any woman with droopy (ptotic) breasts may be a candidate for the operation.

Cosmetic Breast Surgery - Breast Augmentation

Most women have some minor degree of breast asymmetry. In some women breast asymmetry may be extreme, while others may have a particular condition such as Poland's syndrome or tuberous breasts. Differential breast augmentation, or tissue expansion can be used to correct asymmetry. In addition, breast implants can be inserted as one form of breast reconstruction following mastectomy for cancer.

Cosmetic Breast Surgery - Gynaecomastia (male breast enlargement)

At your first visit, your suitability for the procedure and your fitness for surgery will be assessed. Your breasts will be examined. It is important to decide what is the cause for the gynaecomastia – usually hormonal alterations in puberty or middle age.
